Our 3.0m slotted concrete post has a section measurement of 94x109mm. If you are putting up a fence on uneven or sloping ground when combined with concrete gravel boards this is the product for you. Concrete is ideal for this as the compound does not rot. Great for closeboard fencing as the panels can be simply slotted into place. Our posts are reinforced with two #3 rebar ties. Our rails are reinforced with two #3 rebar ties, plus fiber mesh. This makes our fencing system tough enough to withstand force, including earthquakes. The durable polypropylene hinged liner is constructed from pure polypropylene which is a very stable thermal plastic renowned for its flexible properties which will bend and flex over 1 million times without failing, polypropylene give a high depth of pattern representation and produces perfect products year after year
The steel jacket is made from 3mm thick steel and is made to Armcons precise standards to ensure you will always produce consistent and dimensionally accurate products whilst ensuring that the polypropylene mould liner is protected to give many years of service.
The versatile and virtually indestructible stop ends allow you to produce three different patterns of cap for the post – bobble, curved, and the most popular pyramid. Any sized post up to 2.9 meters (9 Foot) long, can be produced simply by moving the stop end within the liner. (Pyramid as Standard).
